Keeping in mind the very basic nature of every Sahil outfit, our customers do appreciate that each outfit ordered online is generally a standard size, unless individually created, crafted and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided. Also be careful that the colors shown on screen can be slightly different from the actual product, due to the color settings of your computer, and the lighting in the picture. Relatively, fashion is an evolution. Due to the dynamism of this evolution, we respect our customer’s ability to support Sahil’s “7 DAYS EXCHANGE” policy to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion.  We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.sahil.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item within 7 days of the delivery date. If you do not find something at that time, we can issue you a “Online Credit” of the purchase price, subtracting the shipping & handling charges. You can use the Online Credit towards the  purchase of any  product from www.sahil.com.

The item must be return in original condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), with the receipt & original price tags, & accessories to ensure proper credit. Altered merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.  Thank you for your cooperation and for your continued support!

Are the items dispatched exactly as displayed?

The product images and actual products dispatched are more or less exact, although minor variations might be there due to photography and light conditions. So, there might be a slight variation in the images and the respective products.

How will I know that my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped or dispatched by us we will send an email informing you of the same.  Also you can login to your account and check the status of your order.

How can I cancel my order?

Once your order is submitted to us, we cannot change or cancel an order until your merchandise is received by you. All returns of merchandise are subject to Saheli, Inc. return policy, available under Returns & Exchanges

How soon will the order be delivered?

To estimate when your order will be delivered, please take the following into account:

All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing. Orders are processed from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 12 noon CENTRAL time will be processed on the next Business day.
